From Route 35, heading North:
Hwy. 35 North though Laurence Harbor and over the bridge at Vikings Marina. Take U-Turn between Morgan First Aid Squad and Club Abyss. Cross over Route 35 and keep to the far right lane. Make right off Route 35, following the sign to Ernston Road/Lorraine Ave. Turn right at the stop sign onto Ernston Road. Continue along Ernston Road for approximately 2.5 miles. As you approach the intersection for Route 9, get in the left lane. Turn left at the traffic light into Gateway Shopping Center.

The main entrance to Bayshore Fitness & Wellness Center is at the rear of the shopping plaza. Stay to your left along the outer driveway of the shopping center. At the second stop sign turn right. The entrance to the Fitness Center is straight ahead behind the shopping center.

From Route 34 North:
Follow Route 34 North until it merges into Route 9 North. Stay on Route 9 North for approximately 1.5 miles and take the Ernston Road jughandle to make a left turn onto Ernston Road. Stay in the left lane and make a left at the traffic light into the Gateway Shopping Center.

From Garden State Parkway South:
Garden State Parkway South through the Raritan Toll Plaza. Keep to the right in the LOCAL lanes. Take Exit 123 (9 South / Sayreville) - the second exit after the toll plaza. Stay on Route 9 South. Pass Dairy Queen on the right and, take the exit for Ernston Road. Go straight through the light into the Gateway Shopping Center.

From Garden State Parkway North:
Garden State Parkway North past Cheesequake rest stop and through the Raritan Toll Plaza. Be sure you are in the far right lanes. Take Exit 125 - Route 35/Sayreville/South Amboy (the first exit immediately after the tolls). Make a right turn at the end of the exit ramp and continue to bear right, following signs for Route 9 South/Rt. 35 South. (Once you have merged onto Rts. 9/35 South, the right lane ends, so be sure to move into the center lane.) Take the exit for Route 9 South - Freehold/Atlantic City, which is the first exit after the right lane ends. Merge onto Route 9 and continue to the Ernston Road exit. Go straight through the traffic light into the Gateway Shopping Center parking lot.
