About Diagnostic Imaging Services at Bayshore
Located in the Ganz Pavilion, Bayshore provides the convenience of a standalone facility but with access to the services, experience, and amenities found only in a hospital. With its own dedicated parking lot and separate entrance, patients are quickly able to get to appointments without having to walk through the hospital. Additionally, extended evening and weekend hours provide flexibility to meet the needs of any busy schedule.
About Your Diagnostic Imaging Team
When it comes to your diagnostic needs a team of professional and caring clinicians and physicians will care for you, including:
Doctors – our highly trained and experienced physicians are responsible for interpreting your exam results, performing procedures such as interventional radiology procedures, and working with other doctors and specialists to determine appropriate treatment plans. At Bayshore our team of physicians are all board certified in radiology, and some are also board certified in radiology specialties, including vascular, interventional, and neuroradiology.
Technologists – your technologist will be the one performing many of the various types of exams, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds. Our technologists have advanced certifications in radiology, and are dedicated to providing you with the best health care experience each and every time you are with us.
Nurses – our experienced and caring nurses are here to assess and document your status during your visit so they may discuss your personalized needs with your physician. They will also provide you with the resources you need regarding your procedure and keep you informed as to what you can expect during your visit.

Bayshore Community Hospital has been accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) for MRI, Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasound, and Breast Imaging. The ACR is a national professional organization serving more than 34,000 diagnostic/interventional radiologist, radiation oncologists, nuclear medicine physicians, and medical physicists with programs focusing on the practice of medical imaging and radiation oncology, and the delivery of comprehensive health care services.
